Terms of Use ("Terms")

Shipping

We only ship on Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday. Orders typically ship within 1-2 business days after being placed. Packages will always be marked with “Live Harmless Animals”.  Buyer will be emailed tracking number after the package ships.  It is the buyers’ responsibility to provide the correct address. If an order is returned due to an incorrect address a refund will not be provided.

  • FREE USPS PRIORITY MAIL SHIPPING INCLUDED IN PRICES
  • FedEx is an option available at checkout
  • Overnight shipping options are available at checkout from both FedEx & USPS 
  • Overnight shipping is not guaranteed to be delivered by the next day.
  • Delivery times on average take 2-3 business days but are NOT guaranteed by USPS or FedEx and may take longer
  • All orders typically ship out of our facility within 1-2 business days (orders RARELY go out the same day they were placed)
  • We ship Monday through Thursday 
  • EXAMPLE 1 - If you place your order on Thursday it will ship Monday
  • EXAMPLE 2 - If you place your order on Monday it will ship EITHER Tuesday OR Wednesday

We do not deliver live products to Alaska, Hawaii, Canada or any international shipping.

We do not deliver Dubia Roaches to Florida.

We do NOT guarantee transit times for any shipping options because we have no control over packages once they leave our facility.

All About Feeders is NOT responsible for shipping errors, lost packages or delays. USPS Priority Mail packages usually arrive within 2 to 3 business days, however, their are often delays and orders should be placed accordingly.

Guarantee

The following must occur for guaranteed delivery on all orders.  The buyer must accept the package on the first delivery attempt. Temperatures must be ABOVE 40 degrees and BELOW 85 degrees at the delivery location AND during transit. If temperatures are outside of these ranges, the packages must be shipped USPS Express OR USPS Hold For Pickup OR FedEx Express OR FedEx Ground. Currently only FedEx AND USPS HOLD FOR PICKUP packages qualify for our live arrival guarantee. USPS transit times are too long and unpredictable to be able to guarantee the live arrival.

If package is received Dead on Arrival (DOA), it is the buyers’ responsibility to notify us by email within 3 hours of delivery.  Pictures of the order must be taken and sent to us so we can verify the DOA.  All orders that arrive DOA will either be replaced or fully refunded.

We may choose to delay ship dates due to severe weather as the chance of the bugs arriving dead has increased to much to risk. If you decide to have the bugs shipped during this delay we will do everything in our power to safely ship the bugs but we will not guarantee the live arrival of the bugs.

We include heat packs and insulated packing material, however, during severe weather these precautions are not enough to keep the bugs alive if left out in the weather for a period of time. Unfortunately, we have no control over the shippers handling of the packages and mistakes are often made. 

Please watch the weather forecast and plan accordingly when placing orders.

Accounts

When you create an account with us, you must provide us information that is accurate, complete, and current at all times. Failure to do so constitutes a breach of the Terms, which may result in immediate termination of your account on our Service.

You are responsible for safeguarding the password that you use to access the Service and for any activities or actions under your password, whether your password is with our Service or a third-party service.

You agree not to disclose your password to any third party. You must notify us immediately upon becoming aware of any breach of security or unauthorized use of your account.

Subscriptions

Due to inventory changes subscriptions are subject to change. If necessary, we will change your subscription to the next lower quantity and send you an email notification. If you want the subscription canceled, you will have to cancel it yourself.

Termination

We may terminate or suspend access to our Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.

All provisions of the Terms which by their nature should survive termination shall survive termination, including, without limitation, ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity and limitations of liability.

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.

Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease. If you wish to terminate your account, you may simply discontinue using the Service.

Changes

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material we will try to provide at least 30 days notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.

By continuing to access or use our Service after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms. If you do not agree to the new terms, please stop using the Service.
