Changes
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will try to provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.
By continuing to access or use our Service after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms. If you do not agree to the new terms, please stop using the Service.
Shipping
We ship Monday through Friday. All orders are shipped according to the shipping schedule on our shipping page. Click here to view the shipping page.
Packages will always be marked with “Live Animals”. A request to have your package shipped without a live animal label can be requested but may result in your live arrival guarantee being voided.
The customer will be emailed a tracking number after the package ships. It is the customers responsibility to track their package and be prepared for its arrival. It is also the customers responsibility to provide the correct address and contact information. If an order is returned due to an incorrect address, a refund will not be provided.
USPS Priority Mail shipping is included in the price of items in the FREE SHIPPING category only. Other shipping options can be selected a discounted price for the FREE SHIPPING category bugs. Items chosen from outside of this category will require you to pay for USPS Priority Mail shipping as well as the other options listed below.
Shipping Options: USPS Priority Mail, FedEx Ground, FedEx 2-Day, FedEx Standard Overnight, UPS 3 Day Select, UPS 2nd Day Air and UPS Next Day Air. We reserve the right to change the shipping method should your chosen method be unavailable in your area.
Transit times are estimated, and items are not guaranteed to be delivered within the estimated transit time. On the shipping page the first set of tables will tell you when your order will ship based on what day you place the order. The next set of tables will tell you the estimated days in transit (shipping time).
Weekends do not count as days in transit for most shipping options. Transit time refers to how many business days the package is expected to be traveling.

We reserve the right to delay shipments based on weather conditions or to decrease the number of days a package is in transit. A customer can request to override this delay and have the package shipped but there will be no live arrival guarantee. (For example, we will not ship large orders on Thursdays or Fridays unless we can ensure that they will be delivered before the weekend.) Customers can reach out to us at anytime to verify when their package will be shipped.
We ship Monday through Friday. Extreme weather conditions may delay shipping.
We do not ship live products to Alaska, Hawaii, or international destinations.
We do not ship Dubia Roaches to Florida.
All About Feeders is NOT responsible for shipping errors, lost packages or delays.
Wholesale orders are shipped according to our wholesale shipping schedule. The wholesale shipping schedule can be found at the bottom of the shipping page – click here. Wholesale items are not eligible for free shipping. All wholesale shipping costs are calculated to ensure the most accurate actual prices. Wholesale orders are only shipped with FedEx 2-Day, FedEx Standard Overnight, UPS 2nd Day Air or UPS Next Day Air. If you would like your wholesale order held for pickup, please email us with the address of the facility you would like it held at.
On the shipping page the first set of tables will tell you when your order will ship based on what day you place the order. The next set of tables will tell you the estimated days in transit (shipping time). Between these 2 tables you should be able to determine what shipping option is best for you based on when you need the bugs and what day you place the order on. Live Arrival Guarantee
The following must occur for a Live Arrival Guarantee on all orders:
- The customer must accept the package on the first delivery attempt.
- The customer must bring the package inside and open it immediately after delivery.
- **If the customer is not home to bring the package inside immediately upon delivery All About Feeders can not and will not guarantee the bugs to be alive.**
- The customer must notify All About Feeders within 24 hours of receiving dead feeders with photos of all feeders.
- The temperature at the customers location, at All About Feeders location (44065) and the locations the bugs will travel during transit from All About Feeders to the customer must be in the safe range between 20-90 degrees Fahrenheit during day and night for the entire estimated transit time.

- **If the temperatures are outside of the above range the bugs will not be Guaranteed to arrive alive.**
- **During extreme temperatures outside of the range listed above All About Feeders may delay the shipments until temperatures return to the safe range. Customers can request the package to be shipped regardless of the temperature, however, if it is outside of the safe range the bugs will not be Guaranteed to arrive alive.**
Any order that is dead on arrival will be eligible for a refund in the form of store credit or a replacement order. We reserve the right to only offer a refund of store credit should the weather not be suitable for shipping a replacement. Bug substitutions cannot be made for replacement orders. Refunds in the form of store credit will not include the cost of shipping. The customer will be required to pay for shipping on the replacement order.
If an order is partially dead on arrival, a partial refund in the form of store credit will be offered. Partial refunds will not include any refund for the cost of shipping.
During winter months, we include heat packs and insulated packing material based on a national weather map. Although we include heat packs, some temperatures are too severe for the heat packs to work. Please watch the weather forecast and plan accordingly when placing orders.

Accounts
When you create an account with us, you must provide us information that is accurate, complete and current. Failure to do so constitutes a breach of the Terms, which may result in immediate termination of your account on our Service.
You are responsible for safeguarding the password that you use to access the Service and for any activities or actions under your password, whether your password is with our Service or a third-party service.
You agree not to disclose your password to any third party. You must notify us immediately upon becoming aware of any breach of security or unauthorized use of your account.
Subscriptions
Due to inventory changes subscriptions are subject to change. If necessary, we will change your subscription to the next lower quantity and send you an email notification. If you want the subscription canceled, you will have to cancel it yourself.
Subscription costs reflect the current costs on our website. If a subscription is created during a sale, the cost may increase when the sale ends. Subscriptions can be canceled at any time.
Order Cancellation
We reserve the right to cancel any order for any reason and will notify you of that reason should we need to cancel your order.
If you wish to cancel an order that you placed, you must contact us before the order ships. Once the shipping label is printed, we will be unable to cancel the order or process any refunds.
Termination
We may terminate or suspend access to our Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.
All provisions of the Terms which by their nature should survive termination shall survive termination, including, without limitation, ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity and limitations of liability.

Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease. If you wish to terminate your account, you may simply discontinue using the Service.
