3) Choose the option that best describes your issue
4) Select which items in your order were affected
5) Select your preferred resolution 
6) Provide a brief description of the damage or problem 
7) Confirm your shipping address if you requested a replacement
8) Review the message and sign
9) Submit your claim 

Once submitted, our team will review your claim and determine the best solution. If your preferred resolution is not available for your order, we will choose the next best option and contact you.
